Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Good does not even begin to describe this recipe and the taste you will get after taking a bite of tender, juicy, tenderloin.  It is simple, easy, and as Adam would say “It is so good, your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it.”

Ingredients (serves 2-4)

3lb Pork Tenderloin

1/2 lb. of bacon

1 Tbls of Garlic powder

1 Tsp. of Basil

1/2 Tsp. of Oregano

1/2 Tsp. of ground Sage

1 Tsp. Black Pepper

1 Tsp. salt

1-2 oz of Olive Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 4oo°.  In a small bowl, mix all seasoning thoroughly.  Place tenderloin in an 8’x8″ baking dish.  Rub the seasoning mix over the tenderloin.  Wrap the tenderloin in bacon strips so that no portion of the tenderloin is visible and secure with toothpicks.  Brush olive oil over the bacon and and place in oven until internal temperature reaches 155° (approx. 2 hours).
